Your New Digital Banking Experience

We're making some great enhancements to our digital banking, complete with new tools, technology and upgraded security. Check back often to learn more about our new online and mobile banking experience!

Zelle® is a fast, safe and easy way to send and receive money, typically within
minutes. Using just an email address or U.S. mobile phone number, you can
send money to people you trust, regardless of where they bank.1

1 U.S. checking or savings account required to use Zelle®. Transactions between enrolled users typically occur in minutes. Zelle and the Zelle related marks are wholly owned by Early Warning Services, LLC and are used herein under license.
Add and view all your accounts (even ones that aren’t with Cascade FCU) in one convenient location with our new Money Management tool. This new feature allows members to:
  • Establish financial goals
  • Set budgets
  • View your spending habits
  • Discover your big financial picture
  • And much more!
Need to connect with us? With the new online and mobile banking, you’ll have the option to chat with us, giving you another convenient way to keep in touch.

Along with these benefits, there are important things for you to know:

  • When the new online and mobile banking options become available, you will need to set up a new username and password. In part, this is due to the enhanced security features of the new platform.
  • For mobile app users, there will be a new app to download. The app link will be available on our website in January, as well as the App Store and Google Play.
  • If you have any recurring transfers that you set up through your current online banking or the mobile app, you will need to set those up again once you sign in to the new platform. Transfers and payments scheduled by Cascade FCU and through your Bill Pay will carry over and not be impacted.
  • Any account alerts set up through your current online banking will need to be turned on once you sign in to your new online or mobile banking. Security alerts, like account logins, will automatically turn on, but balance alerts, for example, will need to be added.
