Payment Options

When it comes to making your loan and credit card payments, there are lots of options. So whether you prefer to make payments individually, have them withdrawn automatically, or possibly need to skip your payment, we have you covered.

If you are making your payment from a savings, checking or money market account at Cascade FCU, you can:

  • Make one-time payments by logging in to online banking or the mobile app to transfer funds from the account of your choice to your loan or credit card. You can also give us a call or visit one of our branches and we can make the transfer for you.
  • Make recurring, automatic payments by logging in to online banking, giving us a call or visiting a branch.

If you are making your payment from another financial institution, you can:

  • Add your external accounts as transfer options through online banking and the mobile app (this is also known as external funds transfer or EFT). (No fee)
  • Make expedited payments to your Cascade FCU loan from an external account or debit card. (This service comes with a fee)
    • As of August 1, 2022, the fee for staff-assisted expedited payments is $14.95. Please check out some of the other options in this section to see what some less expensive alternatives are.
  • Visit a branch to make your loan payment with a check. If you visit us after hours, you can leave your payment using our night drop deposit areas, located at each branch.
  • Set up Cascade Federal Credit Union as a payee through the other financial institution's bill payment system, assuming they offer that service.

For $25, you can free up some of your monthly budget.

By participating in Cascade Federal Credit Union’s Skip-A-Payment program, you understand and agree that by skipping a payment, your final loan payment will be extended and interest charges will continue to accrue on your unpaid balance. For credit card purchases, interest will be charged to your account from the purchase date, as the purchase balance will not be paid in full by the deferred interest period/due date. You also authorize us to debit $25 per loan as a processing fee from your Cascade FCU checking or savings account indicated. The $25 fee may not be added to the loan. Not all loan types qualify. Loans that are delinquent or in bankruptcy are not eligible. Cascade FCU reserves the right to deny any Skip-A-Payment request. If you are not approved for the Skip-A-Payment, you will be notified. You are responsible for any late fees or payments if your request is denied or unable to be processed. Maximum of two Skip-A-Payments per rolling 365 days. Form must be signed by member to be valid. If you elected GAP or warranty coverage, the coverage will not be extended beyond the original maturity date. If you have an automatic payment scheduled, you will need to make arrangements to cancel it prior to its arrival. This can take a number of days depending on where your payment is coming from.
