Exciting enhancements are coming to the Cascade FCU’s phone and digital support!
Beginning April 9, you may notice an enhanced experience when you call, chat with us, or send a secure message during business hours.
We recently launched a new team at Cascade dedicated to supporting members through our phone and digital channels. This enhancement allows us to:
- Resolve member needs more quickly with a dedicated team.
- Answer calls, chats, and messages faster.
- Deliver quicker in-person service as our branches receive fewer calls.
- Continue providing local, personalized service members expect from our new team based at our Kent headquarters.
