Exciting enhancements are coming to the Cascade FCU’s phone and digital support!
On April 9, we launched an enhanced experience when you call, chat with us, or send a secure message during business hours.
This enhancement allows us to:
- Resolve member needs more quickly with a dedicated team.
- Answer calls, chats, and messages faster.
- Deliver quicker in-person service as our branches receive fewer calls.
- Continue providing local, personalized service members expect from our new team based at our Kent headquarters.

NEW ONLINE BANKING WIDGET: FUND YOUR ACCOUNT, MOVE YOUR DIRECT DEPOSIT, AND MORE
A new "Just for You" widget is available in online and mobile banking. This widget features:
- Simplified account funding. Easily move funds from an existing account at another institution to fund their Cascade FCU account.
- Instant eStatement enrollment. eStatements are better for the environment and keep your personal information out of your mailbox. Quickly enroll to start receiving your statement in online and mobile banking.
- Direct deposit switch. Change your direct deposit to Cascade FCU! Simply select your payroll provider and verify your information to change your direct deposit to Cascade.
- Refer a friend. Refer friends and family using a sharing feature within the widget.
- Explore products. Take a look at different products that you're interested in and apply.
